Stansbury Island

After a long day of driving, we arrived at Stansbury Island, on the Great Salt Lake. It's all public land, and you can camp, go shooting, hiking, etc on all of it. We found a little spot on the east side of the island, all by ourselves.

We had a pretty quiet evening, didn't see anybody else.

There was a big hill right by where we were, so I climbed up that – the view was awesome!

The spot where we were parked turned out to be right by a popular spot for people to go shooting, so we woke up to gunfire the next morning. So, we packed up and hit the road again! We were thinking to go over to a county park south of the island, but we ended up going into Salt Lake City instead, and ran some errands. Salt Lake City seems like a cool town, I wish we had spent more time in it. We did drive by Temple Square, but it was getting late, so we didn't stop. Then, we were off to Antelope Island State Park for a few nights.

What do you think, where should we go next?
